Returns
You can return any giimmo item, unused and with complete packaging, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping fee). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (such as you received an incorrect or defective item).
Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the product in saleable condition. However it can take up to four weeks for your financial institution to process the refund. Unfortunately this is out of our control and generally you will receive a refund more quickly.

For Australian customers we have a flat $7.95 shipping fee, regardless of the total weight or number of items.
Note the times below are approximate and are for domestic shipping and are business days only. We usually use Australia Post eParcel for small orders, and once your order has been shipped, the status of your order will be changed to "Shipped", and a Tracking Number will be included for your reference. Order Processing Time - When will my order ship?
Warehouse cut-off times are 9:00am Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). If your order is received after this time, it will generally be despatched the following business day.
For New Zealand customers the shipping rates are weight-based. The weight of each item can be found on the product detail page.
